Instructions of use
1 ** Preparation of PRP and Plasma:**
Start by preparing Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet-Poor Plasma (PPP) using any commercially available system. You should aim to obtain approximately 25-30ml in total.
2 ** Loading the exosmart™ System:**
Once you have your PRP and PPP ready, load them into two separate 20ml syringes.
3 ** Processing the Product:**
Connect the syringes to the exosmart™ system. Start processing the PRP and PPP by gently pushing the syringes’ plungers until there is no product left. During this step, you’ll notice the bag of the exosmart™ system fill with fluid.
4 ** Aspirating the Final Product:**
Once all the product has been processed and the bag is filled with fluid, it’s time to extract the concentrated product. Open the air filter and use a sterile syringe to aspirate the final product from the filter. You should aim to obtain approximately 6-7ml of product. This final product is a concentrated mixture of cells, proteins, and exosomes, ready to be utilized.
5 ** Ready for Use:**
The final product is now ready for application as per the clinical needs. You’ve just prepared an autologous concentrate enriched with cells, proteins, and exosomes using the exosmart™ system!
